3 Steps to Expect in Reiki Attunements
Reiki (ray-key) attunements open you up to experience powerful spiritually guided, life-force healing energy — flowing through you from Source — so that you can:
→ raise your energetic vibration
→ deepen your spiritual connection
→ increase your Self-awareness
→ share energy healing with yourself and others
While there are many variations of Reiki, authentic attunements must be provided by a certified teacher.
In my practice, I teach the Usui Shiki Ryoho style and system of natural healing. It is believed that this is the most direct linage of the teaching from Dr. Mikao Usui himself.
This linage includes the following certifications:
→ Level 1 or First Degree: Student Level
→ Level 2 or Second Degree: Practitioner/Professional Level
→ Level 3(a)/3 or Third Degree: Advanced/Master Level
→ Level 3(b)/4 or Third/Fourth Degree: Teacher Level
In each certification level your seven chakras are synchronized, helping you to absorb more cosmic energy and improving spiritual communication.
With each attunement, the process of receiving spirit connection is intensified and you will be a life-long channel for Universal energy.

Here are the 3 steps to expect in receiving these extraordinary trainings and certifications!
Step 1:
Each level of certification is a separate training (of a few hours), which includes its own unique focus, depending on the degree you are learning.
→ Level 1 or First Degree: Student Level — As the beginner level, you will learn the history and principles of the practice; tools and techniques to promote your own well-being; how to facilitate Reiki for yourself, others, animals, and situations.
→ Level 2 or Second Degree: Practitioner/Professional Level — As the practitioner level, you will learn the business and ethics of energy medicine; how to facilitate distance healing; what symbols are and how to apply them in practice; ways to provide mental and emotional healing.
→ Level 3(a)/3 or Third Degree: Advanced/Master Level — As the advanced practitioner level, you will deepen your experience of Reiki as a form of personal growth and professional service; you will learn how to facilitate healing attunements; what advanced symbols are and how to use them.
→ Level 3(b)/4 or Third/Fourth Degree: Teacher Level — As the teacher level, you will integrate your Reiki journey on the deepest level; with the ability to learn and provide sacred attunemens to others, you will be taught the highest level of understanding, commitment, and responsibility, as well as teaching methods.
Step 2:
Become initiated into channeling Source healing energy, by receive the sacred Reiki attunement, in a spiritual ceremony, at the level or degree (as described above) that you are embarking on.
21 Day Energy Cleanse
The day after completing each attunement ceremony, your body-mind system will experience an energetic healing and cleansing period over 21 days.
This is a unique and powerful experience that allows each of your chakras to release lower vibration energy. Your chakras are given the opportunity to restore to a more natural expression of themselves.
This aspect of each attunement is the way that your energetic body nourishes you for the next phase of your healing, growth, and development.
Previous habits, behaviours, and ways of thinking often fall away or resolve, creating space for new patterns, attitudes, and ways of life to be experienced.
Everyone may experience this 21 day cleanse differently. For this reason, I provide coaching support before, during, and after the energy cleanse.
