meditation guide and coaching nova scotia — My enthusiasm for holistic medicine grew, and I became a Certified Yoga Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Teacher/Master. Since that time, I have continued education in consciousness-based practices becoming a BodyTalk Practitioner, and Energetic Lymphatic Specialist. Looking for a way to bring it all together I pursued study in integral Five Element Chinese Medicine.
I thought my miracle was moving toward the c-suite life - corner office - here I come! Turns out, the c-suite dream was really me *owning* my gifts and starting my own business. I began to welcome my *woo* as an entrepreneur!
I am using my education and certifications in ways I **never dreamed** of! I work with clients *1:1* and in *groups* through programs, healing sessions, and retreats, online and in-person.
